Welcome to LotZoom ("LotZoom," "we," "us," or "our"). LotZoom is a platform that helps real estate agents and homeowners create AI-generated professional portraits, listing videos, and manage property information through an intelligent home assistant. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described here, please do not use our Services.
We collect information in several categories depending on how you use our Services.
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address, phone number (if you choose to provide it), and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash). If you sign in through a third-party provider (Google or TikTok), we receive your name, email address, profile photo URL, and a unique identifier from that provider.
To generate AI professional portraits, you upload selfie photographs of your face. These facial photographs are considered biometric data under applicable privacy laws. Here is what happens with your facial photographs:
We do not use your facial photographs for any purpose other than generating the portraits you requested, quality scoring of generated results, and providing related technical support.
Our home assistant feature uses your device's camera and, where available, LiDAR sensors to understand your property:
Our AI assistant supports voice interaction. When you use the microphone feature, your speech is captured and streamed in real-time to third-party speech processing providers for transcription (speech-to-text). AI assistant responses may be delivered as synthesized speech through third-party text-to-speech providers. Voice and audio data is processed in real-time during your conversation session. We do not store raw audio recordings beyond the duration of the active session.
You may provide information about your property, including property address, home maintenance logs, DIY project records, professional service records, remodeling details, and property listing URLs for video generation.
When you use our AI assistant, we collect your text and voice conversations with the assistant, proposals generated by the assistant (such as maintenance recommendations), and your accept or reject decisions on those proposals.
When you make purchases (subscriptions or credit purchases), payment processing is handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We collect and store your subscription plan and status, credit purchase and usage history, transaction records and amounts, and Stripe customer identifiers. We do not receive, process, or store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment instrument details.
If you connect social media accounts for content publishing, we collect platform connection status for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube, along with platform usernames, profile identifiers, and OAuth tokens managed through our social media publishing service provider. You may disconnect any social media account at any time through your account settings.
We automatically collect certain information when you use our Services, including IP address, device type and operating system, browser type, app version, pages and screens viewed, features used, session duration, and crash reports.
On our website, we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your authenticated session, remember your preferences, and understand how you interact with our website. Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may prevent some website features from functioning properly.
Creating and managing your user account; generating AI professional portraits from your facial photographs; creating AI-powered listing videos from property photos and listing data; powering the AI home assistant including ambient capture analysis, voice interaction, and property recommendations; processing payments and managing your subscription and credit balances; publishing content to your connected social media accounts.
Transmitting your facial photographs to AI image generation providers for portrait creation; transmitting camera images and property data to AI language model providers for room analysis and listing video dialogue generation; streaming voice audio to speech processing providers for transcription and synthesis; scoring and ranking AI-generated content for quality.
Analyzing usage patterns in aggregate, identifying and fixing bugs, developing new features, and conducting internal analytics using aggregated and de-identified data.
Sending transactional messages (account confirmations, password resets, payment receipts), delivering push notifications, and sending optional marketing communications (you can unsubscribe at any time).
Complying with applicable laws and regulations, enforcing our Terms of Service, protecting the rights and safety of LotZoom and our users, and detecting and preventing fraud or security incidents.
Our Services rely on several categories of third-party service providers. We share only the data necessary for each provider to perform its function.

AI model training: We do not use your personal data to train AI models. However, our third-party AI providers may have their own data usage policies, which we encourage you to review. When available, we select provider configurations that opt out of data use for model training.
We retain your information for different periods depending on the data category and purpose:

When you delete your account, we initiate deletion of your personal data within 90 days. Certain data may be retained longer where required by law or necessary to resolve disputes.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA").
LotZoom does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share data with service providers solely as necessary to operate our Services under written agreements that restrict their use of your data.

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@lotzoom.com. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer and processing.
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls limiting access on a need-to-know basis. Despite these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and may notify you by email or through the Services. If a change requires your renewed consent under applicable law (for example, expanded use of biometric data), we will obtain that consent before implementing the change.
